I’m a little tea pot short and stout, here is my handle, here is my spout… BUT, I’m not a tea pot, I’m a neti pot. The little pot that looks so familiar doesn’t get all steamed up, instead it releases the pressure in your sinuses or head. We can call that steam because when mucus is released we feel clear and light when pressure is released.

The neti- pot has truly changed my life. I am a server allergy sufferer; I have suffered from allergies since I was 8 years old. I went to the allergist so much; I find myself-years later humming the same exact song that he hummed during my 20 minute visit. I HAVE ALLERGIES! BAD!

Did you know your sinuses creates mucus to protect you from allergies that you breathe in like grass, dust and fumes? This is a great way to protect your from foreign things, however, too much mucus production can cause you to be congested and possibly have a sinus infection.
