I am a very high energy person, as most women. We have to make so many things happen and resolve so many concerns to keep the “peace” in our marriages, our family, our friends and even sometimes in the work place. I am truly the peace maker and I want others to have peace. Somewhere lost in there (taking care of others) is my energy because I give to others to resolve. I went to my herbolgist and said my stomach is hurting and I need something to calm it down. She looked at me and instantly said to me, “it is not your stomach, and it is your head”. I accepted the answer but didn’t really understand the exact meaning of what she was saying.

Then I had a situation to occur that I couldn’t stop or fix instantly, I started to have that stomach ache instantly again. I WISHED I would have just gotten something from the naturalist to relax my stomach so it wouldn’t hurt anymore. NOW, I’m worrying about worrying and my stomach is really hurting. I started to think WHY didn’t she give me something, then I realized she didn’t because she said, “it’s not your stomach, it’s your head”! Ahhhh so, my thought are making me Sick?
